I’ve been looking at a hosted application called NetSuite that boasts combined e-commerce, CRM and ERP within a hosted service. You can see a comparison of all the different features here. I didn’t manage to find exact prices, but I did find an article that says that NetSuite are 50% the price of Salesforce for CRM, so they’re bound to be a bit more competitive. It’s used in a number of places, from websites that sell sexy lingerie to Telecom companies. I’m off to have a play with the demo.
