BlueHost

BlueHostI’ve finally got around to using GoDaddy. That’s not quite fair though, as what I’ve used with GoDaddy is a virtual hosting account which gives you full control over your OS. It all depends what sort of website you’re after really.

It’s funny, how a few years ago I thought I could run my own hosting. Just get a fast internet line in, stick a computer at the end and Bob’s your answer. The biggest problem is all the support you need around it, redundant power supplies, fire suppression systems, alarm system monitoring; there’s a bundle of infrastructure you need to provide for a decent service. Good thing reseller packages are so affordable today.
