Got PR ?

How strange! I recently had found that my PageRank had dropped to 0 on two websites. Now, this phenomenon has been observed by countless SEO-sensitive individuals, especially ones in the paid blogging circles and has been attributed to the presence of paid links on one’s blog. I’ve seen websites on family, exercise equipment, but especially blogs get affected by this.

So I cleaned one of the blogs up, and resubmitted it to Google for reconsideration.Well, yesterday I fire up my browser and discover that this blog (to which I had done nothing) has a PR of 2 and the one I resubmitted to Google is still boasting a 0. Can’t say I have any way of explaining that other than that Google has realised the mistake of it’s ways and is reimplementing some different mechanism (besides PageRank) of flagging blogs it doesn’t like.

  2. Not only you get pr 0, all my website drop from pr 4 to pr 2 and from pr 3 to 0. earningblog.com is pr 3 and now 0. Google give a hard ass time to past. Lucky I buy some expired domain with a pr 3. :P

  3. Good if Google has realised the mistake and can improve now the situation.
