Well, I think I need to start getting ready to migrate this website off a Windows platform; and the best way to start will probably be by trimming off the excess that’s no longer used. These are old bits of the Only Network that really served as proof of concept and never gained any traction. These include:
- Only e-Links: This was a bookmarking system but succummed to spam
- Only Webcams: Webcam ranking system, too much in-fighting (and spam)
- Only Books: Playing with Amazon affiliate system
- Only Magazines: More affiliate testing
I don’t really need to carry these over with me, so they will be the first to go. It’s a pity I can’t give the website an alli weight loss pill or something similar to watch the excess fall away. But what has to be done, has to be done so I may dedicate a couple of evenings to it.
