SearchStatus updatd – v1.31

I’ve just upgraded my Search Status plugin for Firefox to the new version which has the following benefits:

  • Better bar and tooltip state indication (private, unrankable etc)
  • Show other domains on this IP (right-click ‘q’)
  • New Domain mozRank (right-click mozRank bar)
  • Rankings for https URLs (disabled by default in Privacy Options)
  • Refresh a ranking with left click on bar
  • Show Alexa search keywords (right-click Alexa bar)
  • Option to hide canonical button in URL bar

It’s highly recommended if you’re interested an SEO guru, or even if you just have a small website selling term life insurance quotes. It’s always a good idea to keep an eye on how your website is ranking and this tool lets you do it at a glance. If also has a massive bunch of functionality you can deploy if you need.

  2. What does it mean when a site shows up as unrankable ? I’m seeing several that once had a pagerank but now show up as unrankable yet if you do a PR check it still shows a hig PR.

  4. Yep, i’m seeing “Unrankable” quite a bit too – what’s that mean? PageRank hoverover says “unrankable” and Alexa says the same…
