I’ve just read that Microsoft has shelved the Kin, the plucky new phone that’s only six weeks old. It’s a shame really, the phone around for such a short time that it didn’t really have a chance to influence the market much. The reality is that if the product was given time on the market, and the punters didn’t go for it, well, market it really the one who decides.
It doesn’t matter if you offer discounts or online coupons, if the product doesn’t quite work, then people won’t buy it; and then it’s back to the drawing board.
